The Podcast is Live

As the series “The Rose and the Lotus” closes I am assuming the title of it as my publication name going forward. This is due to many reasons, of course, but mostly because of something someone recently told me about their loss of their old personality as a new identity emerges from path unfolding. “Coyote Witness” began as a rant I went on when no one was listening at a show I was hosting before becoming the title of a script I worked on during the pandemic ultimately becoming the foundation for this newsletter.

Coyote Witness provided me the tools to start becoming in my own way and now it’s time to pull the scaffolding down and rebuild with the tools I’ve developed and a different perspective.

Namely, the framework given by the Christian rose and the Buddhist lotus. I am much more assured of my place in the world and much more assured that I have everything to learn; some lessons gained through hardship and commitment while others will necessitate patience and pleasantness. All requiring humility in the face of challenges and a beginner’s spirit.

Nothing can remain static if it wishes to change and some things must be shed to make way for transformation, so in honor of what is emerging the new name paints a picture of how life’s beauty unfolds out of mud and thorns.
